Is zero stars an option? I sent the boots back like they asked to get them replaced and I didn’t get the replacement boots or even the ones that were stretched out and falling apart after 8-10days of use.

I received my Loggers and was so happy when they arrived. For the first 2-3 weeks (wearing them 3-4 days a week they were amazing. As always (26+ years) Carolina Boots have been my preferred Brand of boots. However after wearing these boots for approximately 8-10 days at work, I realize that the leather on the boots are beginning to delaminate and have stretched to the point they’re unwearable. So I contact the retailer I purchased them from (Famous Brands), and I explains to them that “after wearing the boots for 8-10 days the boots have stretched to the point to the point I can’t wear them even though I’ve worn this brand of boots in this size for over 20 years. Also the left boot at the heel, the leather is beginning to delaminate”. I was super pleased with a quick response from Famous Brands stating that they would issue a call tag and all I had to do was box them up and return them and let them know what size I wanted them to be replaced with. I did exactly that and requested a size 9.5 EE since based on the current boots it seemed their sizing had changed and that was the more appropriate size. However 12 days later I get an email from Famous Brands stating that they could not do anything about the boots that were coming apart after 8-10 days of wear and I quote “Because the boots had been worn”. After not being satisfied with that response I contacted Carolina direct and they also refused to do anything about the boots. Please take my warning and k ow that I tried every possible way to get Famous Brands (the retailer) and Carolina Boots (the manufacturer) to take care of the issue and both the retailer and manufacturer refused to replace the defective boots. While I had to have boots for work while these were “sent back to be replaced by the retailer” I had to buy another pair. I bought Wolverine boots and they’re awesome as of a couple months of wear. Please be warned that neither Carolina boots nor Famous Brands will stand behind the boots they sell.
